Herbal Gro Pomade Styling for Natural & Permed Hair

Olde Jamaica Herbal Gro is a light pomade that works effectively to style the hair and condition the scalp, while also helping to promote regrowth.

Herbal Gro is a natural alternative to petrolatum and mineral oil based hair pomades. Besides being one of the primary, natural hair loss treatments in our catalog, this  pomade is a common treatment for Permed Hair, and it works well to groom/style Natural Hair without causing it to be dry, flaky or brittle.

Here are some tips on how to use our Herbal Gro Pomade:

To control flyaway ends and to add a glossy sheen to either straight or curly hair: Apply a very small amount to one hand, and smooth it between your palms. Then run your hands through the hair.

To Spike Short Hair: Pomades work best for spiking when your tresses are slightly damp. Add a small amount to finger tips and gently apply it to your hair ends, while styling it in the position you want it. Note that this is a light pomade, so it will not provide a very strong hold.

To Help Promote Regrowth: Massage a small amount into the scalp 2-3 times per week to help stimulate dormant follicles and to maintain healthy growing hair.

For Maintaining Your Edges: Apply it to your hair line as needed. Use it to soften your textured roots when it is starting to regrow in-between relaxers, during a transition from perm to natural or just to maintain healthy hair edges, giving it a smooth and silky look!
